Nor'Easter Masters Lax Update

Holbrook, NY--As you may already be aware, the Nor'easter Men's Masters first summer session is in full swing. Into its third week so far, we are seeing familiar trends within the league's standing. The age-defying Gregg Giampaolo's Checkmate Black is undefeated with a 2-0 record; and the Rhinos have changed their name once again to War on the Shore Lacrosse, though they are still playing as inconsistent as always. The Landsharks have added yet another team which they named Landsharks Blue. On the other hand it appears that Landsharks Red has absorbed some players from Good and Tender Meats/Lax Unlimited in an attempt to bolster their chances of winning it all this summer. Good and Tender has not entered a team to compete this summer fueling rumors of a permanent break up of the squad. That's all we've got for now. Game results to be posted shortly.

We're Back!

Halesite,NY--After a eight month hiatus, LI Lax Bog is back online. In the essence of time this morning, this posting will be very brief. However there is a ton of lax to report and comment on. The Blog will be disseminating info on a regular basis beginning today. Before we go, I'd like to congratulation Army Lacrosse on knocking off the two time defending NCAA champs Syracuse. For those of you in the dark, Army won 9-8 in dramatic fashion in double overtime.
